I had never had a massage and felt sure this would not be for me. However, Jennifer has such a kind, soft sweet manner, she puts you at ease immediately. The soothing music, relaxing essential oil, telling you what she will be working on and explaining as she goes just sends you into a very relaxed state. I’ve only had a few professional massages before I decided to try this out with Jen. I was a little skeptical on how much a massage would really benefit me and remained that way after those first massages. These appointments with Jen have been very different. First, it’s obvious that she really is passionate about massage therapy. I’ve never been so impressed by the knowledge and care given by a massage therapist. She also took the time to talk through my problem areas and come up with a plan to help… And it really has. Lots of old sports injuries that I figured I just needed to cope with.
